Longnose Gar Fishin'
This is an approx. 3' long Longnose Gar that we caught in a brackish area called Sanchez Park. This is the 3rd one we've dealt with.

He's fighting us off.Gimme' a finger or two!
His teeth.
His head.
The boat that has had it all happen.

Mostly the fish that are predators usually have the teeth. However, the mangrove snapper has a really nice set of fangs. And how about barracuda. They have a really nasty and deadly bite because of the bacteria that colonizes on their teeth from the meals that they eat. Thanks for commenting!
